All prices include 7% VAT. The prices include: final cleaning, water, electricity, firewood, internet/Wi-Fi, bed linen (all beds are freshly made).

Additional fees: €25 flat rate for the entire stay per pet (one large or two small pets possible). In addition, the tourist tax is 2 euros per person per night. Otherwise no further costs.

Minimum rental period is 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday)

50% of the total price is due upon booking, 50% two weeks before arrival.

​

Cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price cancellation fee for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
